You may request deletion of your account information by submitting a request to us by visiting the 'Account Setting' within the App or emailing to us at hello@vcarrd.com.
Please note that once your account deletion is processed, your vCarrd account will be deleted, its relevant information and services, including but not limited to profiles, insights, connections and order history belonging to your account will be completely deleted, and this action cannot be reversed. If you change your mind and wish to use our services again you will need to sign up for a new account.
Please be aware that there will be a technical delay between your request and the effective removal of your user data.
